Delivery Times

Eco-Energysavers delivers goods to most destinations worldwide. We offer a range of delivery options using Royal Mail and couriers for larger orders.

Most UK deliveries weighing over 1.5Kg are despatched via our couriers. Lighter items (usually below 1.5Kg) are despatched via Royal Mail. ​If you order at a weekend the order will be ​processed on the following Monday (except on bank holidays). Customers will usually receive delivery to UK mainland within 1-2 working days for First Class Signed For and 3-4 working days for Second Class. Europe within 5 working days of the order being processed, and the rest of the world within 8 working days. However, delivery on all overseas orders can be advised individually and depending on destination. In some remote areas of European countries our couriers delivery partners may request collection from their local office.

For courier and signed for items please ensure that someone will be present at the delivery address to receive the order, as packages ​may not be left without a signature on behalf of the recipient. It may be more convenient for you to specify a work or business address for delivery. If no one is present at the time of attempted delivery for courier delivered items, the courier will leave a contact card. They will usually re-attempt delivery​ if you contact them promptly. After redelivery attempts, large packages will be returned to us and small items may sometimes be left at your local post office or sorting office. If items are returned to us we will contact you to see if you still wish to receive your order. We reserve the right to make a further delivery charge if you want to redirect goods that are already in transit, or if you want us to despatch goods that have been returned to us because you were unavailable to receive them.

If the goods are not delivered within the timescale set out above, and no card has been left by the delivering company, please let us know so we can look into it.

Delivery costs will be shown at the checkout and will depend on the service and the destination of your order. If your order is over a certain weight you will be prompted to contact us so we can advise you on the most cost effective way to send your order out to you.

Please note that although are products work with a majority of air-conditioning units we can't guarantee they work with all units, we are more than happy to refund the cost of the units that are incompatible but the cost of postage is not refundable. Returns of any units that are faulty and have been verified when tested upon return will be eligible for a refund of the postage cost.
